MCINTOSHPassed away peacefully on August 29th 2001 at Appletree Nursing Home. Much loved wife of the late George. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Wednesday September 5th, service 2.15pm at Markeaton Crematorium. No flowers by request, but donations for the British Epilepsy Association, may be sent to Mrs L Cotton, 26 Burnside Drive, Spondon, Derby DE21 7QQ.
